Dauer Low-Voltage LED Integrated Lighting Fixtures with Constant Current Driver Eliminate Voltage Drop

All of Dauer Manufacturing’s low-voltage LED integrated products are designed with a constant current driver included, eliminating virtually all voltage drop issues and allowing consistent and even light distribution from the same line. Integrated LED fixtures offer design diversity, longer lifetime ratings, enhanced visual appeal, and increased energy efficiency. The Mirage and McAllister integrated uplights offer cast aluminum construction with removable shroud, tempered glass lens, 2700K and 3000K color temperatures, and beam spreads of 25, 40, or 60 degrees. Warrantied for 10 years from date of purchase (with integrated submersibles warrantied for 2 years), all integrated products are rigorously tested for water intrusion, extreme heat, and sustainability to chemicals and products typically used in the green industry. Mostly all of Dauer’s products can be powder-coated in custom colors. Architectural colors include white, black and silver, and come in a fine-textured finish. Signature colors and optional finishes may also be created based on client’s needs. Dauer’s integrated products represent the best value on the market.

Four Things Technicians Should Do on Spring Service Calls

Service calls go better when the technician develops trust and rapport with the customer. Here are 4 things every technician should do on a call:

1) Ask questions. A good call starts with the technician asking questions like "How can I be of service to you today?" or "Tell me about the problem you're having with the _____." Questions give the opportunity for the homeowner to describe the situation in their own words. Good service includes making sure the homeowner feels listened to. 2) Explain the process. Describe the diagnostic steps that will be taken, and then what decisions the customer can make after that. This puts the customer's mind at ease and builds trust. 3) Compliment the equipment. Customers like to feel that they made a wise choice in buying their original system. They want to feel good about investing in repairing it. (obviously, if the equipment is terrible, skip this!) 4) Offer options. Don't just aim to resolve the immediate need. A good technician anticipates any potential future problems and recommends ways to avoid them. Wise technicians are trained to sell options for greater reliability, efficiency or user experience.

Give Your Customer the App-Managed Controller They Want Without The WiFi Range Hassles!

Homeowners want a controller that they can program from their phone or tablet. It's just easier and more intuitive.

They also appreciate a controller that adjusts itself automatically based on actual conditions, including rainfall, temperature or more.

Toro SMRT Logic™ offers unparalleled remote control of your clients' irrigation, outdoor lighting, and other landscape features through your smartphone, tablet, or computer. Fully compatible with the Toro EVOLUTION Series controller; TMC Series controllers; and Custom Command controllers; as well as, Irritrol® irrigation controllers and Unique Lighting Systems® installations.

It communicates to the homeowner's controller and/or outdoor landscape lighting via a proprietary 900 MHz radio signal, NOT relying on the property's Wi-Fi network. Simple plug and play operation that allows the SMRT Logic to sync with the homeowner's router and connect to the internet without the need for network passwords.

SMRTscape can grow your business by giving your customers the controller they want to use! Ask us how to get started selling this product to your clients.
