• Congratulate. Employees who feel respected and appreciated are willing to work harder to help the company achieve its goals. Say thanks for a job well-done.
• Clarify. Always explain standards and expectations that go beyond just production numbers. Become a performance coach who shares success stories and knowledge.
• Collaborate. Create a team-based atmosphere of mutual trust, respect and understanding. Use team-based goals to get groups to work together and be mutually supportive.
