Innovative AdvanEDGE Drainage Pipe Installs in Narrow Trench
An easier way to install high-volume drainage

Panel-shaped AdvanEDGE HDPEpipe offers quick drainageresponse.  Uses include golf courses, athletic fields, airport runways, and perimeter "curtain"drainage.

AdvanEDGE pipe is offered in 12" and 18" heights and in coils up to 400 ft.   Its strength is derived from a corrugated cylinder maintained by pillars located strategically throughout the core. The result is a series of oval-shaped sections with all-direction strength. This completely enclosed waterway with fewer projections allows AdvanEDGE to function as a pipe, discharging more water to the outlet.

The slim-line profile of AdvanEDGE pipe allows for installation in anarrow trench, easily dug with high-speed trenching equipment. Combined with the geotextile wrap, it requires no gravel or select backfill, and can be installed directly against a wall or structural member. The innovative coupling system provides secure connections that can withstand installation stress.

Start Building Your Team:  Tips for Finding Great Employees

Looking for good people? Develop multiple paths of findingthe best possible candidates.    Here are some helpful resources and ideas for you to leverage your network and findproductive new team members.

Set-Up Scouts:  Let your strategic partners know when you are looking for new people. For example, your vendors, associations, vocational training centers, community organizations and more may know someone who is looking for a position.  Tip:  Be very specific about your needs and requirements so you get only the best referrals.

Volunteer:  Connect with others through volunteer efforts in your community.

Birds of a Feather:  Get to know organizations that have a similar workforce and use them for ideas on recruiting and referrals.

Get Fit:  Local gymnasiums, workout groups and health clubs can be great ways to connect with your next hire.

Church Bulletins:  Many churches offer job boards or announcements.  Use them.

Job Fairs:  Conduct a job fair at your facility, attend a local job fair or help organize a green-industry job fair.

Local Vocational Programs:  If you're fortunate to have a service school or green-industry related career program in your community, be sure to get to know the instructors and get your job openings shared with their graduates.

Associations:  Participate in association meetings.  Present your company to attendees.

Temporary Services:  For office team members, temp-to-perm services allow you to get to know candidates before you make a hiring decision.

Advertising:   Don't neglect traditional tools like Monster.com and Craigslist.   Today's employee is tech-savvy and internet savvy, so you'll draw more responses on-line than with traditional print media.
